Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8522bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8522bd website, mobile platform, casino games, sportsbook, and all associated services available at 8522bd.app.

By creating an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 8522bd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 8522bd platform and should close your account immediately.

8522bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

These Terms are written in English and are interpreted under English-language legal principles. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most protective of responsible gaming and player fairness will be applied.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 8522bd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Age Verification

8522bd conducts age and identity verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity before withdrawals are processed or bonus offers are activated:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Birth certificate (where NID or passport is unavailable)
• Proof of address document dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator bill)

If you are unable or unwilling to complete age and identity verification, 8522bd reserves the right to restrict access to your account, withhold withdrawal processing, and ultimately close the account in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 8522bd services, you must register a player account. Each person may hold only one account on the 8522bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

Registration Requirements

When registering your 8522bd account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You agree to notify 8522bd promptly if any of your registered details change.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, together with forfeiture of any account balance.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Enable OTP two-factor authentication when prompted, which requires verification via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number on any new or unrecognised device.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact 8522bd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

8522bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 8522bd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

8522bd cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials, except where the loss is directly caused by a security failure on our platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

8522bd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 8522bd does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 8522bd accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 8522bd account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit KYC documents before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours (08:00–22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operational period.
• 8522bd does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive, subject to any applicable bonus wagering conditions.
• 8522bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully registered an account and, where required, completed identity verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance.
• 8522bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed, the terms active at the time of claiming will continue to apply.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Sports Betting Bonus Conditions

Bonus funds applied to sports betting markets may be subject to minimum odds requirements. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute toward wagering requirement completion. Details of applicable minimum odds are published on each sports betting promotion page.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 8522bd platform — including slot machines, live dealer table games, crash games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their individual game rules as published on the platform, together with the fair play principles set out in this section.

Casino Game Integrity

Sports Betting Rules

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

General Obligations

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimately processed deposit or withdrawal.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Distributing, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or intellectual property belonging to 8522bd without prior written consent.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or account blocks.

Account Suspension & Closure

8522bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 (including age requirements).
• The registration information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, or has not been updated to reflect current circumstances.
• The account is being used in violation of these Terms, including any of the prohibited conduct described in Sections 6 and 7.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires us to restrict or close the account.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your 8522bd account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that have arisen prior to the closure date.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests can be made through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once a self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets for the duration of the exclusion period. 8522bd will also take reasonable steps to prevent promotional materials from being sent to self-excluded players during their exclusion period.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. 8522bd may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances as published in the current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required re-verification steps.
